During a conference, god gave Maxim Maximov, the director of CNL a vision. He saw that an old woman had financed only 1 minute of christian satellite television broadcasting time, but this minute was one when a preacher led many people to repentance. God has used only one minute financed by an elderly woman to change the lives of thousands of people.

This vision became the foundation for the CNL partners clubs.
